Your ePet ID is a unique 10 digit alphanumeric code that can be entered into the access code box on the ePet ID website.
The information you enter into your profile is controlled by you. You can choose to display as much or as little information as you want. You also have the ability to change information and upload a new pet picture as the need arises.
Once you receive your ePet ID tag in the mail you simply go online to ePetID.com and test the service to make sure your account is active.

- Click the "Enter" button.
- Enter a test name and phone number.
You should receive an SMS text message immediately. You can enter up to 3 receipients to receive the SMS text message.

Each ePet ID is good for one year from your tag activation date. You activate the tag when you receive it in the mail.
You will receive a reminder before your ePet ID expires so you can renew the SMS service again. The ePet ID SMS text alert service is good for one year from the date you activate it. You will not need to purchase a new ePet ID tag.
You can also edit your ePet ID profile information as often as you like. If you move you can update your personal information and it will keep your ePet ID tag up to date.
